UPDATE ON NEGOTIATIONS FOR SALARY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE (FINANCIAL YEAR 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and 2024/2025)

• The above subject matter refers;
• Negotiations on salary and conditions of service commenced on the 3rd May 2022 and got concluded on the 7th May 2022, as per Joint Press release attached herewith, pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement ( CBA) on:
  i) Salary adjustment for financial years 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and 2024/2025
  ii) Human resource policies as indicated in 2022 CBA
  iii) Conditions of service as per 2019 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) on PEMANDU recommendations
• The negotiations were between DPSM and Trade Unions being BLLAHWU, BOPEU, BONU, BTU, BOSETU.
• The Unions will embark on a process to explain this agreement to members for full understanding particularly on conditions of service to effect recommendations of PEMANDU.
