BLLAHWU has just completed training of shop stewards in all branches.
The training is meant to enhance working class consciousness and nurturing of leadership skills towards attainment of the strategic objectives of the organisation in advancement , protection and deepening of workers rights and welfare.Workers learn to be true unionists through union education.
The BLLAHWU Shop Stewards have been furnished with a training manual that covers basic principles to be considered when setting up,building and running a successful trade union organisation.
